Jennifer Da Silva
Jennifer is a Certified Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), and has completed the educational and practical requirements of the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI). She provides representation to New Jersey homeowners and future homeowners and strives to ensure a successful closing by listening to her client's needs and employing her negotiation skills.
In addition to speaking fluent Portuguese, she has experience in project management. As a result, she has gained a high level of experience, leadership, and professionalism that she can apply every single day to her real estate business, allowing her to be a top multimillion dollar producing agent. In 2021 and 2022, she achieved the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Award and C21 Ruby Master Award; C21 Emerald Producer Master Award. She also has been featured in Top Agent Magazine 2021.
She was able to accomplish these recognitions with the help of her preferred team of Agents, Marketers and service providers to assist with clients needs, including: lenders, attorneys, stagers, painters, handymen and inspectors.
In her spare time she is a member of the 2022 Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee, 2022 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and NCJAR Global Council.
